# Undoing an import

> Every import is recorded as one act and can be reversed in full.

Import → Saved formats → **Recent imports**.

Every run records what it created. **Undo** reverses the whole run at once.

**Voided, not deleted.** Each document the import created is voided, which reverses its ledger entry and leaves both the original posting and its reversal in the history. A deleted transaction is one nobody can account for later; a voided one explains itself.

**The trial balance is unaffected either way** — before the import, after it, and after undoing it.

An import that has been undone is marked as such and cannot be undone twice.
