Marketing → Email & Sequences.

**Campaigns** are a single send to a segment. **Sequences** are several steps with waits and conditions between them — a follow-up that stops when somebody replies or buys.

**Suppression is checked on every send path**, campaign and sequence alike, immediately before sending rather than when the audience was built. A list assembled on Monday and sent on Thursday must not mail somebody who unsubscribed on Tuesday. See [Consent and the suppression list](https://intubu.intuitivecapital-dai.com/docs/marketing-consent).

Segments are built over CRM *and* financial signals, so "customers who bought last year and have not this year" is a segment rather than an export and a spreadsheet.

Return is read from won CRM revenue, so a campaign's result is measured in money rather than opens.
