Banking → Payment Safety.

Three controls, aimed at the ways money actually leaves a business by mistake.

**Vendor bank changes are blocked, not flagged.** An email asking to update remittance details is the most successful invoice fraud there is. A change to a vendor's bank details puts every payment to that vendor on hold until somebody confirms it out of band, and the confirmation is recorded with who did it.

**Duplicate detection** catches the same invoice entered twice — same vendor, similar amount, near date — before it is paid rather than after.

**Positive pay** produces the issued-cheque file your bank matches presented cheques against, so an altered or forged cheque is refused at the bank.

None of these can be switched off quietly: turning one off is an audited change.
