# Sync review

> Review a change list against the cloud books before it is applied: additions, changes, deletions and conflicts, each approved or left.

Section: API, webhooks and security · Canonical: https://intubu.intuitivecapital-dai.com/docs/sync-review

Desktop & Sync → Sync review.

Paste a change log (a JSON list of changes) and press *Compare with cloud*. Nothing is applied until you approve it here. There is no desktop app sending these automatically.

**The comparison** is split into *Added*, *Modified*, *Deleted* and *Conflicts*, each change with a tick. A conflict — the same field changed in both places — shows both values side by side, *mine* and *cloud*, with the default it will keep; changes to different fields of the same record are marked auto-mergeable and ticked for you. A change dated in a closed period is flagged.

**Apply selected to cloud** saves the ticked changes as ordinary records with their own dates, through the same checks as anything entered on screen, and records the session in History and the audit log. If a document number was already taken, it is renumbered and the receipt lists it so anything printed with the old number can be reissued. *Decide later* leaves everything unapplied.
