# The warehouse floor dashboard

> What is waiting at each station — receiving, putaway, release, waves, picks, pack, ship, counts — with count accuracy and picker productivity.

**Tiles per station.** *POs to receive* and *Receipts* (receiving); *Awaiting putaway* (received stock not yet in a bin); *Orders to release* and *Open waves* (fulfilment planning); *Picks*, *To pack*, *To ship*, *Shipped* (the pick-pack-ship line); *Counts due* and *Counts open* (cycle counting). Each opens the station's screen filtered to that work.

**Count accuracy** is the share of counted bins that matched the book quantity. **Picker productivity** lists each picker's picks per hour, the share of clean picks, and short picks, so a bad aisle or a bad pick path shows up as a person's numbers before it shows up as a customer complaint.
