## How it works

SP-API with LWA OAuth. We post from the *settlement report*, not the order feed: one deposit per settlement, decomposed into sales, refunds, FBA fees, referral fees, storage and reserves. Marketplace-facilitator tax is separated so it is not double-remitted.

## Why it matters

Amazon settlements are the single hardest reconciliation in small-business accounting — dozens of fee types netted into one deposit every two weeks.
