How it works

Your own EasyPost API key, checked and stored encrypted; postage is bought on your EasyPost account. At Warehouse → Pack, enter the parcel size and weight, compare live rates, and buy the label: the PDF label and tracking number come back onto the shipment, and the postage posts to Postage & Shipping against Postage Payable – EasyPost (both created on first use); an unused label can be refunded until it ships, which reverses that entry. A test key (EZTK…) buys sample labels at no charge. Tracking updates are not pulled back yet.

Why it matters

Quoting freight from a table means undercharging on heavy or distant orders.
