OData Feeds and IntuBu

Status: Built in. The ledger, its lists and the core financial reports published as queryable, permission-scoped feeds.

How it works

OData v4 at /api/odata with $metadata, $select, $filter, $orderby, $top/$skip and $count. Authenticated by an API key (Bearer, or Basic with the key as the password for Excel and BI tools) or a signed-in session; each entity set needs its own scope or workspace, columns are an allow-list, and $filter is parsed into bound parameters rather than pasted into SQL. Saved custom inquiries are not published as feeds.

Why it matters

This is what makes the BI connectors above safe rather than a data-exfiltration route.
