# Slack integration with IntuBu

Team chat, used here as an approval and alert surface.

## How it works

OAuth 2 with a bot token and signed request verification. Approvals arrive as interactive messages; approving in Slack calls the same guarded route the web UI calls, and the audit entry records Slack as the surface. Alerts cover anomalies, overdue approvals and failed syncs.

## Why it matters

Approvals fail because they wait in an app nobody opens. Delivering them where the team already is — while keeping the authorisation check server-side — is the fix.
