What it adds:

• A practice dashboard — close readiness, open questions and overdue work across every client, so the client who needs attention is visible without opening ten companies.
• Batch work — apply the same reclassification, journal or report run across selected clients.
• Client requests — ask for a document or an answer, tracked to a response, rather than emailing and hoping.
• The tax package (Accounting → Tax package) — trial balance, adjusting entries, supporting schedules and the Multi-book accounting book/tax difference, exported for the preparer.

Access is per client and revocable, and everything the firm does is in that client's The audit log under the firm member's name.
