Your IntuBu plan and billing

Choosing a paid plan, how coupons are applied at checkout, and managing the card on file.

Settings → Your plan.

Choosing a plan opens a Stripe checkout. Card or ACH. The subscription renews itself and Stripe retries a failed charge before the account is marked past due.

Coupons are honoured exactly as quoted. The terms frozen when you redeemed the code are what Stripe is given: free months become a trial that ends on the stated date, a percentage becomes a discount with the same window, and a waived setup fee is simply not billed.

What you are billed for is shown at the top of the page: active users, companies and file storage. Each package includes an amount of storage; above that, each started gigabyte is charged monthly at the rate shown. Storage means attachments, files received into the import inbox and retained backups — the invoices, contacts and journals themselves are never counted. Deleting old attachments or backups brings the figure down from the next month. If the page says storage is "not charged", the package has no per-GB price.

Manage billing opens Stripe's portal: update the card, download invoices, cancel. Cancelling drops the account to Free at the end of the paid period.

History lists every period — including months that came to nothing because of a coupon, so "why was I not billed in March" always has an answer.

If online billing is not switched on for this installation, the page says so: your plan is recorded and nothing is charged.
