What is waiting at each station — receiving, putaway, release, waves, picks, pack, ship, counts — with count accuracy and picker productivity.

Tiles per station. POs to receive and Receipts (receiving); Awaiting putaway (received stock not yet in a bin); Orders to release and Open waves (fulfilment planning); Picks, To pack, To ship, Shipped (the pick-pack-ship line); Counts due and Counts open (cycle counting). Each opens the station's screen filtered to that work.

Count accuracy is the share of counted bins that matched the book quantity. Picker productivity lists each picker's picks per hour, the share of clean picks, and short picks, so a bad aisle or a bad pick path shows up as a person's numbers before it shows up as a customer complaint.
