When the assistant’s reply shows a đŸ¤– label
Some help answers are written as a reply by a language model, from the Help centre article and nothing else; the article is always one click away and every figure comes from it.
Help → Ask the Assistant, and the assistant in the corner of every screen.
What the label means. When you see Drafted by … under an answer, a language model wrote that reply — from the Help centre article the assistant found, and from nothing else. It cannot bring in facts the article does not state, and any number in its reply must appear in the article, or the reply is discarded and you get the article itself. Show the article opens the untouched text.
Two phases. The article appears first; if a model is available, its reply replaces the article text a few seconds later. Nothing waits on the model.
Data questions are different. Your data answers — balances, overdue amounts, pipeline — are computed from your books by the same rules whether or not a model is involved. A model may only help match an unusually worded question to one the assistant knows how to compute, and the answer says Taking that as … when it did.
If there is no label, no model was involved: the answer is the Help centre article, found by the words in your question.
