Spreadsheet export

A flat, machine-shaped version of any report for Excel or Google Sheets.

Any report can be fetched in a flat, un-nested shape suitable for a spreadsheet, at /api/spreadsheet/{report}.

Why it differs from the on-screen report: the screen shows a tree with sections and subtotals. A spreadsheet cannot pivot a tree. The export flattens it into rows and columns.

Amounts are in whole currency units, not cents, so spreadsheet arithmetic works without dividing everything by 100 first.
