The help centre and the assistant
Documentation for every feature, and an assistant that answers only from it and shows its sources.
The help centre (Help → Help centre) documents every feature in the product, grouped by area. Each article says what a feature does, why it works the way it does, and links to the screen it describes.
The assistant (Help → Assistant, or the ? in the header) answers questions in plain language.
What makes it trustworthy is what it will not do. It answers only from these articles. It does not generate accounting advice, invent a feature that does not exist, or fill a gap with something plausible.
- Every answer names the articles it came from, and they are one click away.
- When nothing covers your question it says so and offers the nearest articles, rather than guessing.
- It knows what screen you are on, so "how do I do this?" has context.
If the assistant cannot answer something about the software, that is a gap in the documentation and worth telling us about.
