The four workspaces
Accounting, CRM, AI Employee and Marketing — one product, partitioned so nobody has to scroll past tools that are not theirs.
The switcher sits at the top of the screen, just right of the company selector. It offers four workspaces:
| Workspace | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Accounting | Banking, sales, purchases, inventory, projects, payroll, the books, taxes and reports |
| CRM | Leads, pipeline, accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes and support cases |
| AI Employee | The roster, their task docket, capabilities, memory and guardrails |
| Marketing | Campaigns, audiences, email, content, social, SEO and paid media |
Switching swaps the whole surface — the left navigation, the home screen, and what the "+ New" menu offers. It does not switch companies; your selected company follows you across.
A workspace is a boundary, not a copy. All four read the same data. A quote is the same record whether a rep opens it in CRM or a controller opens it in Accounting. What changes is which screens you can reach.
If you only have one workspace, the switcher disappears and the product boots straight into it. A sales rep with CRM only never sees that an accounting product exists.
Extra workspaces — Operations, Projects, Service, People and Firm — can be turned on under Settings → Company → Workspaces for organisations that want them separated. They are off by default so the switcher stays four clean options.
