The content quality gate

Twelve deterministic checks a draft must pass before it reaches an approver.

Marketing → Content Studio → Check a draft.

Twelve checks run against every draft: it opens with the answer, has a title, is long enough to be useful, is structured with headings, links internally and externally, includes a figure, gives images alt text, has a meta description, covers its keyword, contains no placeholder text, and says what wrote it.

Blocking failures never reach an approver. The rest travel with the draft as a scorecard, so the approver sees precisely what is weak rather than a pass/fail.

The gate is deterministic and never judged by a model. A gate a model scores is a gate that can be talked around.

Every piece is labelled with what produced it — human, model, or the deterministic fallback — and that label follows it to publication.
