Exporting to PDF, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Any list or report, in the format the reader needs — with your saved column layout applied to all of them.
The arrow beside any Export button opens the formats.
| Format | What it is for |
|---|---|
| CSV | Feeding another system. |
| Excel | Carrying on working in it. |
| Sending to a lender, a board or a client. | |
| Word | Pasting into a longer document. |
| PowerPoint | The monthly review meeting. |
| Web page | Emailing something that opens anywhere. |
| JSON | Anything you are building yourself. |
One layout, every format. All of them go through the same column resolution as the CSV export, so a layout you arranged once applies whatever you export it as. See Saved export layouts.
They are real files, not renamed CSVs. The workbook holds money as numbers with a currency format and dates as dates, freezes the header and switches on the filter, so the recipient can sort and pivot immediately. The PDF lays out a proper table with repeating headers and page numbers, turning landscape when there are too many columns for portrait.
Report structure survives. Account hierarchy is real indentation in the workbook, indented paragraphs in Word, and preserved spacing in the PDF — not a flattened list.
