Running multiple companies
One login, many companies, completely separate books. Switch from the dropdown at the top.
The company name at the top left is a dropdown. It lists every company on your account; choosing one switches the entire application to that company's books.
Each company is genuinely separate: its own chart of accounts, customers, vendors, documents, ledger, settings and industry editions. Nothing leaks between them.
Adding one: the dropdown → Add company, or Settings → Companies. Choose entity type and industry and a fresh chart of accounts is seeded.
Consolidated view: the dropdown → Consolidated view rolls several companies into one set of statements.
Permissions are granted per company, so a bookkeeper can be given one company without seeing the others.
