Unlimited users on every plan — you are never charged per seat.

Permissions are granted per company, so a bookkeeper can have one company without seeing the others.

Sensitive permissions worth knowing:

• books.close.override — post into a closed period
• sales.credit.override — exceed a credit limit or write off a debt
• purchases.approve — approve bills and requisitions
• vendors.bank.view — see vendor bank details
• recon.adjust — finish a reconciliation with a forced adjustment
• api.keys.manage — issue API keys

Every use of an override permission is written to the audit log with the reason given.
