Letting customers book a meeting
A shareable link where somebody picks a time from your real availability, with no account needed.
Email & Calendar → Booking calendars.
A booking page is a link you can send to anybody. They pick a time, and the meeting lands in your diary with an invitation to both of you. They need no account and never see anything of your company beyond the page itself.
Availability is real, not a guess. Slots come from your working hours, minus anything already in a connected calendar, minus a minimum notice period and a booking horizon you set. Two people cannot take the same slot.
Times are shown in the viewer's own zone, with the zone named, and your working hours are read in your zone. A page set to 9–5 means 9–5 where you are, whoever is looking at it.
Questions you add are asked at booking and arrive with the meeting, so a call starts with the answer already known.
Somebody who books can cancel from their own link without an account, which frees the slot again. You can email the booking link to a customer directly from the page list.
